I was looking at purchasing a used SUV. Spoke with Larry that used car manager. Wow if he was my used car manager, he would not be employed what a big disappointment a very arrogant individ Spoke with Larry that used car manager. Wow if he was my used car manager, he would not be employed what a big disappointment a very arrogant individual. He is the one bad Seed in that Apple. That ruins the entire apple. I try to negotiate a few dollars off the car. He was very argumentative and standoffish in reference to my answer is no no no I can’t even come one dollar off so upon my counter offer there was no counter offer on his own matter fact, when I was trying to talk with him, he got frustrated and then all I heard was a dialtone My recommendation never try to purchase a used car from infinity of Southbay and I’m a person has purchased over 100 vehicles in my lifetime. This is my worst experience ever with dealing with a used car manager. More

Larry is a great used car manager and INFINITI of South Bay is fortunate to have him. We don't find it fair of you to leave a negative review simply because we didn't give you a better price than the best price we could offer. Would it be fair of you to write Starbucks a bad review because you think the barista should have taken 50 cents off your caffè mocha, but she didn't? Would it be fair of you to write McDonald's a bad review because you thought the fries should be free with your Big Mac, but they weren't? Let's please be fair.
