Per my latest INFINITI of South Bay experience (feel free to peruse accompanying pics for additional reference on Google/Yelp). For brevity, I’ll simply use key bullet points: *A gremlin, as gremlins do, somehow disrupted my car’s systems thus rendering it inoperable. *I immediately phoned Jaime, my award-winning 5-Star Concierge. *Although it was his (well deserved) day off, Edson, another certified, skilled specialized member of the South Bay team, immediately dispatched, what I could best describe as a rescue unit, to effect a timely extraction. *Once reaching South Bay HQ, I was met with a team of Service Advisors. (reminds me of the ‘Pit Crews’ you would see at NASCAR and Formula1 races). *I then of course hit the (in-house) Starbucks Lounge – STARBUCKS FOLKS! *On occasion I enjoy the neighboring eateries, all within mere walking distance. *Gremlins were successfully, and humanely, sorted. *Their Car Detailing Teamwork was spot on as usual. *All services properly rendered – Done & Done. One of my favorite parts, though dreadful to some or several these days, was Payment Time! (dun dun dun) Well Kaila (payment dept.) took pleasure it seemed, in reminding me of my having signed on with every supplemental coverage and protection plan they currently offer. (a most gracious shout out to Anita btw) Total cost? 00,000.00. People, those donuts always go quite well with my Starbucks! You must try them, I insist. Seriously though, as you insure your person, home, etc. for the various contingencies in life, why not your valued INFINITI? Anita arranges a priceless peace of mind, with the assurance of your safety-net staying intact 24/7. Call, inquire, now! Works for me, since 2021. A very recent, rather unsettling example (since painlessly cured) I will gladly share in an upcoming update. (dun dun dun). More

Every visit to Infiniti of South Bay, Since 2021, has been met with exemplary sales/service. And when entering the lot, I nearly always see Mike Molles, much like a dedicated soldier, on the 'Front-l been met with exemplary sales/service. And when entering the lot, I nearly always see Mike Molles, much like a dedicated soldier, on the 'Front-line' like out front, if you will. What mostly caught my notice was the customers' enthusiastic smiles throughout the those interactions, and later seeing them drive off relishing their latest acquisition. When asked, Mike replied, with unswerving assertion: "We fight for your mobile freedom, brother - and your right to an acquisition that meets your budget and personal preference!" Give that man a medal, something like 'The Platinum Key Fob.' I salute you, Mike, and the entire regiment. Led by 'General Kelvin' (might I say) INFINITI of South Bay is quite the team.
