Jaime Zamora of Infiniti of South Bay handled my scheduled service. He was super knowledgeable. He kept me up to date, was courteous and friendly. Very customer oriented. I am an 18 yr customer. Service rep is very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I can pre-schedule a loaner if i know my car will be tied up fo I am an 18 yr customer. Service rep is very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I can pre-schedule a loaner if i know my car will be tied up for a few days. I sometimes wonder if the technicians over report issues. But i discuss with service rep, review the videos of the impacted areas and decide to proceed or not, it's stressful, but so far..all decisions are working out ok. I am being honest here. I think their repair and labor fees are a bit high, but they offer loaner car, which is important to me, they have my service records of 18 yrs available, and can use coupons and discounts to offset. More
