Veli was professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with. I have nothing negative to say about him. Unfortunately, my experience with Alex completely changed what should have been a straightforward pur with. I have nothing negative to say about him. Unfortunately, my experience with Alex completely changed what should have been a straightforward purchase. I arrived pre-approved for the full loan amount and came fully prepared with everything needed, including insurance coverage for the vehicle. Despite that, I was kept at the dealership for over 5 hours just trying to complete the purchase. Throughout almost the entire process, Alex repeatedly pressured me to purchase additional products and services I had already clearly declined — including the dealership service package, financing through Driveway, GAP coverage, and multiple other add-ons. I repeatedly stated that I only wanted to buy the car and did not want any extras. Instead of respecting that, alex would disappear for long periods of time and then return to push the same products again. The constant pressure made the experience extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. I nearly walked out without purchasing the vehicle at all because I felt my “no” was not being respected. At times, I was even made to feel unreasonable for declining the additional costs and services. Buying a car should not require 5 hours of repeated sales pressure after a customer has already made their decisions clear. More
