There are a lot of options as far as various warranties, and they work hard to reach a reasonable price. They explain all the options. This young man represented wild East Town Honda amazingly. I came in to get an oil change and it was four days before I would be having brain surgery. I found out that my car had major problems and amazingly. I came in to get an oil change and it was four days before I would be having brain surgery. I found out that my car had major problems and I decided my only choice was to get a new car or lease new car. Because of some recent events, I had terrible credit and going into major surgery and being off of work. I was very worried about my finances. And on top of all this, I was terrified. Lex was calm, cool, collected, and had an amazing way of being professional yet compassionate. I actually feel like the entire thing was a miracle. I know that sounds stupid. He was so calm and I was incredibly on the edge and scared and confused and couldn’t even take in most of the information. He was so able to make things very simple without me feeling stupid. My interaction with lacks and the car I drove away with was nothing less than a miracle. If you have honors or special things you do for employees that go above and beyond, he should get them all. Also, I forget his name, but the man who worked on the financing with me, was equally as compassionate. I think he took a loss and he calmed me and said, look, I will do whatever I can do to get you out of here with this car. I’ve got you. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any area of my life. More

Car had been totaled owing to the hailstorm. Went to a few dealerships. Some of them couldn't be bothered. Basically disinterested. Showed up at Wilde and Lex had a pleasant disposition and was Went to a few dealerships. Some of them couldn't be bothered. Basically disinterested. Showed up at Wilde and Lex had a pleasant disposition and was casual enough. He spent an inordinate out of time explaining features and the different models. He got us on a test drive. Wilde had the best selection and prices of the other dealerships in the area AND other areas. Searched Milwaukee and Janesville. Found the car. Yes, there's the upsale attempts. They are salespeople. That's life. But the process was relatively fast. Jacob took care of the paperwork and was pleasant as well. All round, couldn't have asked for a better experience. All good. More
