I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Honda dealership while trying to purchase an Acura. We scheduled an appointment ahead of time and drove seven hours to see the vehicle. When we arrived, we dealership while trying to purchase an Acura. We scheduled an appointment ahead of time and drove seven hours to see the vehicle. When we arrived, we waited 50 minutes just to test drive a car we had specifically made an appointment for, only to be told that the vehicle had been taken off the lot by someone who was not supposed to have it. After finally getting the opportunity to drive the vehicle, we discovered that it had a strong cigarette smoke smell. Given that the dealership knew we were traveling such a long distance, this was something that absolutely should have been disclosed beforehand. We also had to call out of work to make this trip, and when we asked if they could work with us on the price given the inconvenience and condition of the vehicle, they refused to budge. Overall, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of communication, poor preparation, and disregard for our time made this entire process incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend making a long trip to this dealership without having every detail confirmed in writing beforehand. More

Very professional, honest, stand by their word! I did a search on line for a specific Honda Ridgeline which Wilde had in their inventory. From the beginning I didn't think Wilde would want to work I did a search on line for a specific Honda Ridgeline which Wilde had in their inventory. When I finished explaining to Lex that I was going to be in Chicago, I would take a train to Madison? Lex was not phased by the situation. Hello, Last week I purchased a car from Wilde East Towne Honda. I spent time with Lex Frahm both on the phone and in person and he was exceptional to work with. Lex is very straight forward and sincere and makes the buying process very smooth. He was easy to work with and you could tell that he truly wanted what was best for me. I also worked with Jacob Bartlett in Finance and he made the financing process very simple. He walked me through my options and was very helpful in deciding what options I would need for my vehicle. Finally, I met with Shane Mason the Sales Manager and he was very open to listening to me provide feedback about the sale experience and the vehicle I purchased. He also gave me time to speak to him about a benefit that I may be able to bring to their organization. I appreciate the people I met at Wilde Honda last week and look forward to purchasing my wife's next vehicle there as well! More
