Silas also recorded a video showing the exterior and interior of the vehicle we were planning to test drive prior to our arrival at the dealership. I felt that this was a very personal and kind touch on the entire experience. He frequently checked in with my husband and I as we waited to meet with the financial specialist to finalize everything.
