He took our limited budget and list of needs and found us the perfect vehicle during a very stressful time. I mean he SCOURED the listings to find us just the right fit! We’re grateful for his help and the experience he gave us. The financing process was easy and even though there were busy and backed up on the day we came in to close on the loan and pick up our vehicle they still were able to get us out of there within a couple of hours. Hello, Last week I purchased a car from Wilde East Towne Honda. I spent time with Lex Frahm both on the phone and in person and he was exceptional to work with. Lex is very straight forward and sincere and makes the buying process very smooth. He was easy to work with and you could tell that he truly wanted what was best for me. I also worked with Jacob Bartlett in Finance and he made the financing process very simple. He walked me through my options and was very helpful in deciding what options I would need for my vehicle. Finally, I met with Shane Mason the Sales Manager and he was very open to listening to me provide feedback about the sale experience and the vehicle I purchased. He also gave me time to speak to him about a benefit that I may be able to bring to their organization. I appreciate the people I met at Wilde Honda last week and look forward to purchasing my wife's next vehicle there as well! More
