Well Val, Jesus, Alex and Abood made this whole car buying experience wonderful. I started the process in the morning, by afternoon I was in the new car of my dreams. Actually sending my mind into orbit with all the bells and whistles on the car. Paperwork was very straightforward, extremely organized. Pick up time, a “ gem” of an associate named Alex walked me through the vehicle from front to back, top to bottom, interior, he is a walking encyclopedia of Volvo car knowledge! Abood was so kind and considerate, ease of paperwork and where to sign, initial, etc…. I would call him Mr. Organized 😀. The whole process from beginning to end was straightforward and seamless.
