Traded in my car for a new telluride and was promised and certain amount for the trade but when I reviewed my paper after a day or so I realized they never honored what me and the sales guy agreed to, and wh certain amount for the trade but when I reviewed my paper after a day or so I realized they never honored what me and the sales guy agreed to, and what his supposed manger would give us. When signing your paperwork be careful and ask for full breakdowns of the numbers, dealers and finance managers are in the business of scamming you of your hard earned money. They will not honor anything now that the paperwork has been signed, in my line of work if a customer refuses to accept something we correct it or offer something to them but here at kia they just say sorry we took your money and there's nothing we can do. Never again will i sign without actual paperwork, they hand you a flash drive making you think that the contract and terms and warranties are on ther but in reality its just 2 pages on it and no info what's so ever. Please be careful before you go and spend 50k with these people. Get your paperwork not a flash drive. More
