Initially, the tow truck dropped the car off on Friday. I was then contacted on Monday, and the experience was good, with calls and text updates. However, when I texted on Tuesday to check on the vehicle, I was then contacted on Monday, and the experience was good, with calls and text updates. However, when I texted on Tuesday to check on the vehicle, I was told it was ready for pickup. I then had to call the service department to confirm it was ready. It turned out the technician drove the car one more time, and then I received a call back from the service advisor confirming the car does have a problem. I then waited for the warranty to approve the car's issues, but no rental car was approved yet. It wasn't until Thursday that I tried to reach my advisor but received no response. I had to call the service department again to find out that David was out sick. I then called the warranty company that approved my service, and they told me they only needed three questions answered to proceed. I was able to speak with Carlos, who helped me and told me to pick up my rental on Friday. Upon arriving on Friday, the rental wasn't approved. I had to call the dealership again to get it approved before I could leave. I returned the rental the following Wednesday and was able to pick up my car. More
