BEWARE! !! They damaged our car, and we received the car back with a major problem that had never happened before. They told us the damage was due to an accid !! They damaged our car, and we received the car back with a major problem that had never happened before. They told us the damage was due to an accident, while the car never had an accident unless they test-drove it and ran into an accident. The service manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't trust this place unless you want to fix one problem and get several other problems that will cost you a lot of money. More

THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT TO THEM. THEY LET MY WIFE DRIVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT WITH COMPLETE FLAT TIRE AND SHE ALMOST CRASHED. My name is Albert Abkarian and My wife Julie Brought THEY LET MY WIFE DRIVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT WITH COMPLETE FLAT TIRE AND SHE ALMOST CRASHED. My name is Albert Abkarian and My wife Julie Brought our MBZ GLC 430 to your shop to get it repaired under the tire warranty we purchased with our lease. We were told that the matter is not under warranty last week while talking to Tyler. He said something about 3 mm or 4 mm and my wife, or any average person would not know what that is. I was on the speaker phone as Tyler should remember me saying that it was a fake insurance sold to us and I was screaming it. At the end of our conversation, which I am sure was recorded on 12/22/2023 at 3:12 p.m. which we decided to change all four tires as it was at your facility already, and I was on the speaker while my wife specifically stated that she wants all four tires to be changed. He told us that he cannot get it to us until Tuesday as the guys were leaving for Christmas holiday but will have the tires put on and ready for pick up on Tuesday. We said ok. The conversation ended with both parties understanding that the four tires will be changed. There has to be a recording of the 9 minute conversation at 3:12 on December 22nd. Today, my wife picked up the car and while on freeway, she noticed that the tire was flat, and you sent her home with a flat tire. She was scared for her life and almost got into an accident. She called your service department, and they told her to drive the car back to the dealership. She became emotional and started crying after driving back to your dealership and asking why the tires were not replaced. How can you let my wife take a car out of your shop with a flat tire and enter the freeway? You are lucky that the car did not flip, and she did not die. She was crying as she was at your facility and has had emotional ups and downs since she returned home. She left the car at your facility so you can change the tires per your previous note. We were just told that somehow the check engine light is on now even though it was not on at the time she returned it. Even in your documentation at the discharge there is no mention of check engine light. Your facility should never allow an individual to drive off a car with flat tire due to safety concerns. There was never a mention of the flat tire not being fixed while she was picking up the car. she asked for the payment, and it was zero balance, so she assumed the tire insurance had covered the charges. Again, letting her drive off with a check engine on and with a flat tire was not only gross negligence but was intentional. More

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia was so nice and helpful, especially my sale consultant, Marc Hung. I was not looking forward to shopping for a new car, but everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia actually made the experience enjoyable and easy. I decided to go electric and get an EQB. Marc and the team helped me get exactly the car I wanted. They also gave me a great deal! Given that it was my first electric car, they spent a lot of time explaining how to use all the very cool technology. I’d also like to mention that I had my last Mercedes serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia for 10 years and always had great service, especially from my service advisor, Tyler Hillier. From sales to service, Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia is an excellent dealership! More
