This was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. My cousin referred me to Trentino, and we spoke over the phone on a Friday and made arrangements to meet the following week at some point. Trentino was very kind, respectful and most important not pushy. My schedule opened up so I decided to visit the dealership on Monday evening. Trentino wasn’t able to see me that evening due to a delivery but he left me in good hands with Evan. My wife and I were able to test drive the vehicle and feel in love with the suv. I told Evan the options I needed and he was able to show us the vehicle on the computer. I narrowed it down to 3 models and went home to sleep on it. The next day I narrowed it down to two models then called Trentino. We discussed the numbers and came to agreement early Tuesday afternoon. They said the car would be ready for my pickup the following day and it was. Trentino and Evan made the entire process seamless. I’m still in disbelief. No bait and switch. Absolutely perfect! The Rallye family never even asked me for any $ until the following week when I went to pick up my beautiful new car! I thought there were hidden cameras and I was dreaming! The car is absolutely beautiful, elegant and fast! Just what I wanted! I have NEVER had an experience like this! It was beyond smooth and easy! I was a BMW girl for so long that I didn’t know what I was missing! I am telling anyone that will listen, to go straight to Rallye and get a Mercedes from Evan! He is the absolute BEST person to deal with! I had ZERO stress and Evan was an honest, kind salesman. You must go see him! Thanks Evan! I will be back!! More
