I was not happy with the service on my car. After I got home, 2 sensor lights were on. My car kept shutting down and turning off. My daughter plugged in a cable that stopped the shutting down. After I got home, 2 sensor lights were on. My car kept shutting down and turning off. My daughter plugged in a cable that stopped the shutting down. Next, I ad to bring my car back to turn off the check engine sensor off. The mechanic got the light to go off, but I was told to order another part, yet the light stayed off. I ordered the part. I have not seen this part yet. I tried to get a refund but was told to still get the part installed. Now I have to come to get this part installed., which would be a third trip to service. All of this going back and forth was unnecessary. More

I bought a used 4runner 2023 with 32k miles and they installed new tires but they didn't alignment it and the truck was pulling to the side and the steering wheel and truck vibrating and I've taken it m installed new tires but they didn't alignment it and the truck was pulling to the side and the steering wheel and truck vibrating and I've taken it more than 4 times, losing 4 days and they still haven't fixed it, it's a waste of time so I'm going to have to take it to another auto shop, the service in the workshop is good they received and everything but the mechanics zero or maybe they receive it and they don't do the labor or the services. And it is crazy you drop your car at 7:30am and they to say the car is ready at 12:30pm and i return with the car back to the shop after 10 minutes saying that the car still vibrates and they ask you to bring it back in 3 days or next week. Compre una 4runner usada 2023 con 32k millas y le instalaron unas llantas nuevas pero no le hicieron balanceo ni alineación y la camioneta quedo tirando hacia un lado y el volante y camioneta vibrando y la he llevado mas de 4 veces perdiendo 4 dias y aun no la arreglan, es un desgaste so la voy a tener que llevar a otro taller para no perder mas tiempo, el servicio en el taller bien pero los mecánicos cero o puede que la reciben y no le hacen los servicios. Y es una locura que les deje el vehículo a las 7:30 a.m. y te llamen para decirte que está listo a las 12:30 p.m. y yo regrese en 10 minutos con el coche de vuelta al taller diciendo que el coche todavía vibra y te piden que lo traigas de vuelta en 3 días o la próxima semana.
