It took 5 hours to complete an oil change. It took 3 days to replace a small panel on my car seat when I was originally told 2 to 3 hours. They offered a rental for 2 to 3 hours and I agreed to 2 to 3 hours but tried to charge me for 3 days. Had I known it would take 3 days I would’ve never agreed. Jorge then blamed me for not asking enough questions. This was an obvious money grab like the 5 hour oil change that forced me to buy subway and pizza meals during my stay. Terrible dealership. Jorge is a compete abortion of what customer service should be. I hate Toyota of Hollywood and will never go back!!! Jorge you suck!! The VIP team sucks!! All they do is mess around and eat all day! Toyota of Hollywood, you suck!! The service manager and floor manager were the only true professionals. More
