I recently visited a Toyota Hollywood dealership and overall, I was quite satisfied. The customer service was top-notch; the staff were polite, attentive, and professional. All the work was completed as overall, I was quite satisfied. The customer service was top-notch; the staff were polite, attentive, and professional. All the work was completed as promised and on time, which I truly appreciated. However, I do have one concern. My service advisor decided to proceed with an optional repair without consulting me first. I expected to be informed about the costs and given the opportunity to make a decision, but that didn't happen. As a result, this additional repair ended up costing me twice as much as the main service I had originally come in for. This left a bit of a sour note, even though I have no complaints about the quality of the work done. Overall, the dealership is excellent, but I recommend being cautious when it comes to agreeing on additional services. More
