Check in was easy and efficient however when I went to pick up my car they had no idea where the paperwork was and the guy who checked me in was on lunch. The people getting the car to you after service a pick up my car they had no idea where the paperwork was and the guy who checked me in was on lunch. The people getting the car to you after service are definitely not in a hurry. I have never seen people move so slow obviously not caring that we may be picking up our car on our lunch break. I was also extremely dissapointed that a week after doing my oil change my car gives me an alert that I need to rotate my tires. They could have done it all one time. I only drive about 7 miles a day so the mileage must have been really close. I have to consider if I am going to go back to Hollywood to get this rotation done. You guys need to do better. More
