I like going to Toyota of Hollywood for service. Their drive through camera system is awesome. This time I was a little upset with the amount of time I had to wait (4 hours) for an oil change and tire rotation and getting there just a little after 7am. I do think this was uncalled for. NO entreguen ningún down payment hasta que ten advertir seriamente a cualquier persona que esté considerando hacer negocios con Toyota of Hollywood. NO entreguen ningún down payment hasta que tengan la aprobación del banco por escrito y completamente confirmada. Una vez este dealer tiene tu dinero, si el negocio se cae, el banco no aprueba o el vehículo sale con fallas mecánicas (como ocurrió en mi caso), no quieren devolver el dinero. Además, intentaron cobrarme un supuesto “restocking fee” del 40% del valor del vehículo. Para que quede claro: si el carro cuesta $40,000, ellos pretenden quedarse con hasta $20,000, algo totalmente abusivo. Debido a esta situación, ya se notificó formalmente a múltiples departamentos y entidades, y existen claims y quejas oficiales abiertas, incluyendo reclamos financieros y reportes a organismos de protección al consumidor. No es solo una inconformidad: el caso ya está documentado y escalado. El manager de carros usados, James, no mostró ningún tipo de servicio al cliente ni interés en resolver el problema de manera justa. Lo mismo ocurrió con Max Martínez, quien también fue poco profesional y nada colaborador. No recomiendo este dealership en absoluto. Mi consejo es que se mantengan alejados, se protejan y no entreguen su dinero sin todas las aprobaciones claras y por escrito. More
