Never got a car wash I asked and told them multiple times. They didn’t run it through the wash, they just sprayed it with water drops to make it look like it came out of the wash. I have a 2022 RAV4 prime. I loved the car, 6 months ago I started to have issues with my Trunk not opening with the button in the car or the button at the trunk. Makes a loud beeping noise and will not open or close. I use my trunk all day long as I use my car for work and stroller. I have gonna to the dealer 3 times and told them about the issue. Being it doesn't happen every time they can't help me. I have showed them numerous video showing the issue. They said they can't use the video it has to happen at the service department. The guy said if you want us to hold your car hostage for a few days we can do that (yes those were his exact words). Three times I have gone in for this issue. Terrible service, yesterday went to Honda and traded the car in for a CRV. More
