August 8, 2024: Vehicle (15,7xx miles) was taken in for a check engine light. I was told nothing was wrong and they cleared the code. October 7, 2024: Vehicle (18,5xx miles) was taken in for a check engi check engine light. I was told nothing was wrong and they cleared the code. I was told “Toyota corporate makes us jump through a bunch of hoops in order to get paid for warranty work. Bring it back as soon as the light comes back on.” I did not realize it at the time, but this should have been a sign that this dealership is shady. November 15, 2024: Vehicle (19,7xx miles) was taken in for a check engine light. I was told that it is NOT covered under warranty and I had to pay $1,700 for repair. I was naïve and trusted Toyota to stand behind their vehicle and warranty and they will not. Maybe if Cobb County Toyota would have done more than just clear the code back in August, my repair bill would have been much less. We will never know. Do not trust Cobb County Toyota to service your vehicle. They do not care about helping you. All they care about is taking money from you. More

My wait time was over 2 hours when I was told it would be 1 hour and 15 minutes approx . After two hours , I asked for an update and my truck wasn't even looked at yet. Horrible experience from getting an appointment to getting waited on when we arrived for our appointment. All for nothing in the end as no work was completed. I love the service dept at Cobb County Toyota. David Cobb is the reason I bought my 1st Toyota from them in 2018 owner have bought 5 vehicles in total since then. I am not sure that I have ever been spoken to on the phone from a business the way that I was when Todd Pluger, the service department manager, got involved with my situation. He proceeded to speak over phone from a business the way that I was when Todd Pluger, the service department manager, got involved with my situation. He proceeded to speak over me to tell me about how busy he was instead of trying to help me, a loyal customer. I was attempting to figure out what exactly happened during my service appointment as I wasn’t communicated with clearly from the beginning about my situation. I assumed I would have been taken care of better than I was. That’s on me…I guess. Communication was terrible throughout my whole experience from top to bottom. More

Took 2 cars in sat, the 8th for oil changes and tire rotations. When the 2011 4 runner was ready, the service rep told us “they broke off a wheel stud, and they can fix it for $277!” Yes, they broke i rotations. When the 2011 4 runner was ready, the service rep told us “they broke off a wheel stud, and they can fix it for $277!” Yes, they broke it off but wanted us to pay. My husband brought the car home because he had to leave and I called back to talk to a manager. He said it “was already loose” which I don’t know how it knows and it was such a “high volume” time of the day that the tire service rep doesn’t do repairs. Very unapologetic manager, who could care less about what happened, think his name was Todd. After a discussion. He offered to fix the car that day for parts price only. “I was getting a deal” per Todd. Nevermind the fact that we had to drive another 30 minutes back to get it fix, wait for it to be repaired and then drive home again on a Saturday. We’ve bought many cars from Cobb County Toyota and considering going elsewhere. More

The service representative Todd Pluger and Gm Jason was less than helpful when my vehicle was hit in the parking lot while in for service. if it was not for the collision center people I would not recomme less than helpful when my vehicle was hit in the parking lot while in for service. if it was not for the collision center people I would not recommend taking a vehicle there for service. Stop being a used car dealer and treat your customers with the respect they deserve. More
