I have recently joined the Smythe Volvo team with a strong background in customer service. What I enjoy most about my work is the upbeat energetic environment and the ability to diligently maintain customer satisfaction. Working with experienced, motivated management with high standards and expectations is refreshing in the automobile industry. I see myself behind the wheel of the Volvo S60 T5. The sporty styling is most appealing and as with all Volvo models, it boasts strong safety standards. Outside of the work environment I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating right and working out at the gym daily. I also love the beach, kayaking and spending as much time with my two boys as possible.

Since 1994. I have purchased three cars from Smythe Volvo, in 1994, 2004 and 2017, and the experience has been fantastic. Starting with purchasing my three cars from Chris Henriksen, to receiving great service from Tom Coward, Doug MacAdam and Tina Dewald, along with many others who I do not know by name, I can only say that I have been thrilled with the professional attention I have received during the past 23 years. The quality of the vehicles goes without saying. My 1994 Volvo, a wagon, was sold with over 200,000 miles, after traveling to California with my son and his young family. My 2004 Volvo, a cross country wagon, was recently sold with just under 155,000 miles. My latest recent purchase was a 2017 XC60. I am looking forward to driving my new car for at least 200,000 miles! The people who work at the Smythe Volvo Dealership can be described as professionals who pay careful attention to all details. What more could a consumer ask? More

Service people great, car not so much I've had several problems with my new 2017 XC90 and needed to visit service on numerous occasions. They fixed the issues and seemed genuine in helping, but many of the problems came back. I was told it was software issues. Regina went out of her way to help several times. It's nice to feel like you care and you're not just a number. This would be a 5 star review if I had been told the first time there may be updates needed again in the future. You don't buy a $60k car and expect anything needing work, but this is a service review and not the car. So service was friendly and helpful. My only problem is that I think they should let me know when there are updates rather than waiting for me to call them with another problem. Other good things is they clean the car, and if I can't get there they pick up/drop off. More

The service department does their best to accommodate my schedule and offer a loaner when I need it. They are friendly, customer-focused, and provide reliable and TRUSTWORTHY service. They have kept my S60 running smoothly all these years. I have 143K miles and still love the car and the fact that I can take it over to Smythe for excellent care.
