While looking at the vehicle for the final walk-through, I noticed the problem I informed the salesman of it. He assured me he get it fixed. I picked up my car the next day I left to go out of town for a we I noticed the problem I informed the salesman of it. He assured me he get it fixed. I picked up my car the next day I left to go out of town for a week when I came back got in the car started drove as I’m going down the interstate. I see the part flapping up in the wind. I stopped to fix it and I noticed I cannot lower the tailgate. I called the dealership too much. I was told that I bought the car as is I paid $30,000 for the car I think that deserves at least Being a man of your words and fixing what I had seen. I ended up taking it to the Nissan dealership, they fix it for nothing and was glad to meet me as a new potential client. What made it worse was the salesman felt it was wrong as well or so he said, but wouldn’t stand up to his boss. This is slimy used car sales technique. I will not be going back to the Chevrolet. More

I only clicked 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them no star like they deserve...that are the absolute worst I've ever seen at holding up to there end of a deal, especially when you claim top notch them no star like they deserve...that are the absolute worst I've ever seen at holding up to there end of a deal, especially when you claim top notch service, and within a yr or so my family, had to have a brand new motor, that THEY had to pay outta pocket for, and then just had to pay for a brand new transmission that THEY had to pay for outta pocket, so they get the new transmission in ya know and the dealership is installing this brand new Chevy motor because their a Chevy dealership, so you know it's gonna be done right ya kmow...WRONG, after getting their brand new Chevy truck my family bought from THEM, not long after, start having issue, so bring it to them and some genius put the motor mounts on backwards, and it's crazy because when they did that, what do you know , it ate into the transmission and these crooks want no part of taking the responsibility to own up to it that they did all this. Who does that! Keep ya dealership circle small and far away from these people my friends!💯 More
