The finance department overnighted the docs which expedited the process. I think the service was on par with a luxury dealership. Doing everything online and over text is bit nerve-wracking for a $85K car, but the team made everything very seamless and efficient. More

I sold my 2022 330i bmw to the dealership on Saturday 7/18 for $18,000 they matched to carmax. Leased a 2026 228 grand and put $3,000 down. I owed on my loan with BMW approx $8,300. I asked if it can be direct deposit via text and he never responded. Three days later I called the sales manager Thomas and it’s been 24 hours and haven’t heard from him. Not great experience. Not happy am being ignored. More
