Terry was excellent at keeping me abreast of how the car I ordered was progressing and worked with me through the numbers of my purchase until I was satisfied. I removed two stars from the dealership as I want to get the message to them that having the "BUILD YOUR LEXUS" website out there misleads customers regarding what is possible and what prices actually are currently for their vehicles. This websitie needs to align with the dealship or needs to be taken off the web. More
