Tysean Yorke had to explain to someone who hasn’t purchased a car in 14.5 years all of the tech, electronics, and function of instruments now available to a low tech guy (me). Tysean did a splendid job providing the instructions, he is very knowledgeable and I appreciated the patience he had with me. Both gentlemen were helpful, extremely friendly and very approachable. The same could be said for Sales Manager Mike Gleydura, Dave Weaver, your receptionist and Maintenance personnel that I met. My experience with Lexus Cleveland was relaxed and a pleasure.
