This was our first time getting a Lexus here and was impressed from the moment we walked into the showroom. This was one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had...and I have owned a LOT of cars.He was in constant contact with us, everything was done in a timely manner, and there was absolutely n have ever had...and I have owned a LOT of cars.He was in constant contact with us, everything was done in a timely manner, and there was absolutely no high pressure tactics. Seth Collins of Lexus of Cleveland assisted me with buying a car from out of state for my first time. He made videos of the cars, and stayed in contact with me via phone, text and e-mail.
