Good friends of mine highly recommended Lexus of Cleveland and in particular Abed Darwish to find the used Lexus I wanted. David Kantor did a great job of providing information concerning the differences between the gasoline and hybrid RX 350’s along with the various options available for the different packages on all 350 mo concerning the differences between the gasoline and hybrid RX 350’s along with the various options available for the different packages on all 350 models. He explained all clearly and concisely. Questions I had after visits were answered quickly. Tysean Yorke had to explain to someone who hasn’t purchased a car in 14.5 years all of the tech, electronics, and function of instruments now available to a low tech guy (me). Tysean did a splendid job providing the instructions, he is very knowledgeable and I appreciated the patience he had with me. Both gentlemen were helpful, extremely friendly and very approachable. The same could be said for Sales Manager Mike Gleydura, Dave Weaver, your receptionist and Maintenance personnel that I met. My experience with Lexus Cleveland was relaxed and a pleasure. Mr. Kantor and your staff focused on what I wanted in a vehicle and not what Lexus wanted to sell me. I would recommend your dealership to everyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

Dave Kantor and the team at Lexus Cleveland actually did exceed my expectations! Dave Kantor engaged in a dialogue as we navigated through a discovery process and teased out what my wants and needs were, an exceed my expectations! Dave Kantor engaged in a dialogue as we navigated through a discovery process and teased out what my wants and needs were, and really doubled down on turning some stones as to what some possibilities were in current and prospective inventory and where they would fit into what works for me. Very impressive. For that matter, I had a very preliminary/exploratory walk-in conversation Sam Ibrahim a couple of days before and he too came across as someone more interested in patiently listening rather than just driving toward a quick transaction and that was appreciated as well. Sam wasn’t in when I came back a couple days later to further my investigation but he referred me to Dave as a good person to ask for, and he was quite correct! So, I take a minute to communicate that the professionalism and experience was indeed impressive and noticed. More

Very helpful sincere upfront except the only critic I would have was the closing bringing up about 7000 more charges. Not that the were to pushy but gee I did not like having to make decisions about so would have was the closing bringing up about 7000 more charges.
