I scheduled my appointment online with one service personnel and I get to the dealership and I have been appointed another. Not a problem; however,

Not a problem; however, the individual that check me in (not the service personnel that I was appointed once I got to the dealership) quoted me $102 for the service. I informed him that I had a coupon and showed him the coupon that stated $79.98 and he then said, "that will be $10 off so it will be $92 with the coupon. Everything was fixed once I had the service personnel that was supposed to check me in when I checked out.
