After waiting for 7months (and counting) for a part that I prepaid for, the service manager seemed indignant that I wanted an explanation. When you pull up to the dealership you are always met with the most welcoming staff. Everyone is easy to work with and very friendly. The best part is they will get you taken care of! Horrible Customer Service Criswell Honda. Took my vehicle for warranty repair of AC. They did not fix it and just put Freon and Dye and said Honda will not pay and you have to pay and charged me 450+ dollars for warranty repair of AC. They did not fix it and just put Freon and Dye and said Honda will not pay and you have to pay and charged me 450+ dollars. Did not even call me to authorize. Be aware of this and take your vehicle somewhere else. More

Worst experience to date with a service department. Lack of communication, no advocacy with Honda for my issue and A personality that probably would be better served somewhere else rather than a customer s of communication, no advocacy with Honda for my issue and A personality that probably would be better served somewhere else rather than a customer service position. Absolutely no empathy in regards to resolving my Honda Clarity Condenser issue. I’ve had 6 Honda’s and this experience alone will solidify the fact that I will never buy one again. Shame on Criswell service dept and shame on Honda as a whole. Buyer beware! Take your service elsewhere!!! More
