Contacted about a car to get some information. Called a number of times just to get a carfax. They told me every single time that it was available. I even told them to make sure that it is. For two days I called and made sure it was available and they promised they would get back to me with the information. While awaiting a response they finally inform me that it has been sold. Not once did they bother to tell me that it was going to be purchased or anything didn't bother following up with me about. They don't care for customer service they only care about who shows up first with cash. Just disrespectful and unbelievable. More

Very shady (I feel). Bought a "new" Toyota 4Runner; found out a day later the car had been leased for 4-5 months - and was not disclosed. The car should have clearly been on the "pre-owned" lot, not the new car lot. Very disingenuous and bad faith practice, in my opinion. More
