This has to be the worst CPO MB purchase experience ever in my life. First of all, the CPO inspection report doesn’t not match the actual car condition. Secondly they literally drilled a bunch of new holes in my life. First of all, the CPO inspection report doesn’t not match the actual car condition. Secondly they literally drilled a bunch of new holes to attach the bumper cover instead of using proper fasteners. As a result the Lowe part of the bumper fell off while driving which could’ve been a major accident. I am taking it to the local dealer to address the number of issues that could’ve been easily addressed during the CPO processs. More

I was searching for a 2024 GLE450e. West covina MB sent me an MSRP of one arriving soon. It had just about all the options i was looking for. I made a good faith deposit on the vehicl West covina MB sent me an MSRP of one arriving soon. It had just about all the options i was looking for. I made a good faith deposit on the vehicle. About a week later they said the had the vehicle I traveled 330 miles to pick up the car when i arrived the MSRP did not match the MSRP i was sent. But it was black. I thought if i could get a good deal i would purchase this vehicle. Keep in mind its almost $100,000.00 I was told i will get two years of charge point electric charging for FREE. The sales person downloaded the app to my phone and attached my credit card to my account. This is a hybrid with a small battery 23 kwh At 56 cents per kwh it would cost $13 to charge from empty if i did this just three times a week I could save $160 a month for 24 months or almost $4000. So I went ahead with the purchase Only to find out I do not get two years free charging So now what? I filled out the MB survey I was sent. Ray Fini called texted and emailed that he wanted to make it right He thought a $250 Amazon card should cover my INCONVENIENCE it was just an inconvenience to West Covina MB dealership As well they would send me the car Matt’s that were supposed to come with my car So far nothing. I am unable to give this dealership 5 stars There is more More
