This dealership is always exceptionally busy and they do a good job of handling the volume of customers. My Tundra was in their possession for 4 months waiting on the replacement engine as part of the Toyo a good job of handling the volume of customers. My Tundra was in their possession for 4 months waiting on the replacement engine as part of the Toyota recall. That time line was not their problem and they did perform the engine swap well. The problem I have with this repair and service is when I picked up my Tundra there was a large dent on the driver's side rear fender. Notification of the damage should have been made to me prior to picking it up, now after 4 months waiting for the engine replacement I will need to have the body repaired. I left a voicemail with the Tech and have not heard back. This is a big problem for me. More

“The coolant was replaced by Toyota services, but the radiator cap was not tightened. As a result, the coolant was spilled all over the engine. The worst experience I have dealt with, service department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. State department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. Stated that I need 2 issues looked into. Not only did they contact me over 2 days after several efforts to contact them, but they admitted they didn’t diagnosis the aspects I requested. I left with no issues resolved and fuming. More
