Lester Glenn in toms River Subaru is the best dealership I ever dealt with very nice people and I usually deal with the service advisor named Ekaterina Espinosa 3581. She is the best she’s very nice understanding and very helpful. She knows. I am very picky about my 2023 outback limited. I never have any scratches on it on the car or the rims. She always makes sure that it goes in and comes out the way it went in, no damage. She’s a very nice person and out of all the service advisors there that I have dealt with. She’s the best she is an asset to Lester Glenn. More

I was looking for a new car for a while and after research I took a serious look at Subaru. Combined with a friend's recommended to see Seth Leifer at Lester Glenn Toms River and after reading many research I took a serious look at Subaru. Combined with a friend's recommended to see Seth Leifer at Lester Glenn Toms River and after reading many reviews, I took a drive to Toms River. Note that I live a considerable distance away. And I was not disappointed in any way. It was a completely no nonsense stress free experience. Mind you, I have went through the process of buying cars for a while and was looking for a reliable vehicle to cart my grand children around. Seth took the time to know what I was looking for and did not start with " what are monthly payment are you looking for" like others dealerships do. And Seth did not offer other products that he knew from our initial conversation I was not interested in, whether I could afford them or not. Finance Manger Patrick Piro, -- the dreaded Finance Office. All good experience as well. No sale pitch on stuff I was never going to use. Which I appreciated in not wasting time. Finally, Sean Hefner gave me a rundown of all the settings and controls, including the obvious. Took his time going over everything before I drove off. Summary -- Seth, Patrick, & Sean had me in and out in about 4 hours. Spoke honest and did not try to over sell. And the prize in my new Forrester. Thank you!! More
