Throughout the diagnostic process, our team thoroughly evaluated your vehicle, including multiple road tests performed by both our technician and management team. During your most recent visit, no humming noise consistent with a mechanical failure was identified. The only condition observed was tire noise associated with uneven tire wear, which can occur when wheel alignment issues are present. We also understand your concerns regarding your case with Subaru Advocacy. While Subaru Advocacy operates independently from our dealership, we reached out on your behalf to seek additional assistance. As a result, Subaru offered to cover 50% of the cost of the recommended tire replacement and wheel alignment as a goodwill gesture. We recognize that this has been a frustrating experience, and while we may not agree on the cause of the concern, our goal has always been to provide honest recommendations based on our findings and Subaru's guidance.
