Service representative told me to replace tires and wheel alignment at my expense. Subaru advocacy department created a case and said that I will get a call in 48 hours. This time is over. Still waiting???

Throughout the diagnostic process, our team thoroughly evaluated your vehicle, including multiple road tests performed by both our technician and management team. During your most recent visit, no humming noise consistent with a mechanical failure was identified. The only condition observed was tire noise associated with uneven tire wear, which can occur when wheel alignment issues are present.
We also understand your concerns regarding your case with Subaru Advocacy. While Subaru Advocacy operates independently from our dealership, we reached out on your behalf to seek additional assistance. As a result, Subaru offered to cover 50% of the cost of the recommended tire replacement and wheel alignment as a goodwill gesture.
We recognize that this has been a frustrating experience, and while we may not agree on the cause of the concern, our goal has always been to provide honest recommendations based on our findings and Subaru's guidance. We remain committed to assisting you and would be happy to discuss any additional questions you may have.

I am disappointed in the actual vehicle. Just leased the car (2026 Crosstrac Hybrid), drove vehicle home and drove car maybe 100 miles. Check Engine Light came on along with a few other messages about the fault in engine. Dealer took care of issue and gave me a loaner. Not bad. Right? Yeah except I had to drive car to dealer (about 30 miles), drop it off, drive loaner back home, and when they called to tell me car was fixed and ready to go, I had to drive back to dealership, pick up my car (now has only 200 miles) and drive back home. Then I had to pay for the gas in the loaner. So, people were very nice, but I was xxxxxx about having to drive 2 full round trips. Plus, I still don't know what was wrong. The verbal explanation and the paperwork was like a different language. Just all about sensors and xx, that was not very clear to me. Being a new vehicle, I certainly didn't expect this immediate breakdown. Maybe I should be grateful that the car was repaired in just one day, but suppose I had plans to go somewhere, and when I go to leave, I can't because of computer problems. By the way, the car had a full tank of gas, but if I was driving it more, and the check engine light came on, and I pulled into a gas station to get gas, and this happened--I would not be able to get the gas tank door open to refuel. So, people were vey nice and they did fix the problem, but the actual issue was mechanical not people related. Why did I have to shell out money, eg., only $10, to replace gas that was consumed in my round trip drive? No one paid me to replace the gas I had to use driving my new car round-trip.
