They prepped everything the day before the 1 January holiday for us to come in the next day and sign the paperwork. We drove up from Virginia to New York to pick up our SUV. The Penn Toyota's sales and financial staff, Joni Glantz and Sean Haghighi were waiting and ready for us to conduct a test drive and sign the remaining paperwork.
