Let me start off by saying PENN Toyota is the best dealership I’ve ever been too. For me to say that is rare since dealerships normally terrify me! I was referred to PENN by multiple people so I decid dealership I’ve ever been too. For me to say that is rare since dealerships normally terrify me! I was referred to PENN by multiple people so I decided to check them out and shop for a Tacoma. Before walking into PENN I was lied too by 3 dealerships and on the verge of driving my beat up car until is broke down. Joni Glantz took her time with me and did not pressure me in anyway. She did not pull the “buy today or you lose the special price” line. Tom Montilli the sales manager was so down to earth and relatable. Not at all a stereotypical sales person. He went above and beyond to get me the 2019 white Tacoma TRD That no other dealership could get. They threw in some extras as well. If you’re someone who wants to be treated like a human being and friend go to PENN Toyota. Sean in finance was also fantastic and did not pressure me to purchase any additional warranties! Good Experience with this Dealer! I was dreading the whole process of getting a new used car when my old one finally broke down. I did not know anyone at this dealership but they were very straightforward and seemed to really care that I was happy and satisfied with my final purchase. They gave me a fair trade in price for my old vehicle. Our salesperson Joni Glantz went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and feeling assured with every detail and question I had.
