He My husband and I expected we were going to meet a rude, impatient, typical salesman, but we were fortunate enough to be greeted by Sean Haghighi. He was the most laid back down to earth guy, and that is why we had no reason to go anywhere else after meeting him! Although we were probably a salesman's nightmare with the amount of testdrives/ questions we had, Sean patiently addressed all of our concerns. It was a hard decision but Sean made it simple. Even the negotiations were pressure-free and easy. He gave us a fair deal and we were in and out rather quickly. We had been to Westbury Toyota the week before (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) and our rep, I think his name was James, treated us like dirt. If you are a consumer reading this review, I strongly urge you to take your business over to Penn Toyota and ask for Sean Haghighi if you want to be treated right. More
