Great experience at Penn Toyota! I have been going to Penn Toyota for all my auto needs since 2005. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured to make a quick decision and my questions are always answered. Most recently I have bought my cars with Joni as my sales person. She is wonderful to work with all the time. She returns all my phone calls promptly and shows me as many cars as I want to see. I feel valued as a customer when I come to Penn Toyota.. I am greeted by someone as soon as I walk through the door. Never have to wait for assistance. The process of finalizing all the paperwork is also very efficient with Sean going over all the documents one by one. There is never any small print to worry about. And, of course, you can’t go wrong with a Toyota! More

Amazing Experience Overall The sales crew at Penn Toyota was extremely helpful in assisting us to choose the right vehicle after our old Honda Accord had died on its 253rd thous The sales crew at Penn Toyota was extremely helpful in assisting us to choose the right vehicle after our old Honda Accord had died on its 253rd thousand miles. Steven, the sales specialist, showed us a few brand new Toyota’s, and after a couple of test drives, we decided to go with the brand new 2018 Camry. The whole financing process was wrapped up very efficiently, we got an APR five times lower than Honda’s, and we even managed to get a few hundred bucks in trade-in value for our old Accord. We are very happy with our new Toyota, and will definitely be back for a Sienna or a Highlander, once our current lease on Hyundai Santa Fe expires in about 1.5 years. More
