I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Wrangler, and while the initial sales process with Nick Wagner was smooth, the experience quickly deteriorated during and after delivery. The vehicle was shipped to me, and the day before arrival, I attempted to get an update but was told by Nick that he was too busy to answer calls. Upon delivery, the vehicle arrived with damage. I immediately called and texted Nick, but received no response. After waiting over four hours, I contacted the dealership directly and asked to speak with the sales manager. Kevin eventually took the call and assured me that Nick would follow up. Unfortunately, I never received a call—only a delayed text message from Nick. To date, the damage to the vehicle’s door remains unresolved, and the dealership has provided only excuses without taking any clear steps to address the issue. Additionally, the vehicle arrived without the included tool kit. I informed Nick of this via text, as he continued to ignore phone calls, and I am still waiting for a resolution. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I intend to escalate the matter to the owner, as this level of unresponsiveness and lack of accountability is not what I would expect from a professional dealership. More

BUYER BEWARE! Typical used car saleman antics and shame on me for falling for it. I negotiated the deal over the phone since I was driving two hours to pick up the jeep. Nick sold me ceramic coating and interior leather treatment. They only washed the car and there were still crumbs and dirt in the rear seat when I inspected the following day. I had multiple phone and text exchanges with Sean and Nick confirming the car came with two key fobs. When I got home to try the second set of keys it did not work. I had the key fob checked out at a local dealer and they confirmed that it needed to be replaced. When I had asked Nick, Sean, and Scott to send me a new key fob they refused. Scott had the audacity to ask me where in the sales agreement did it state they were selling me the car with two working keys fobs. If you want to feel like you were bait and switched and taken advantage of Pearl Jeep in Peotone is the best place to experience that. More
