Simple oil change completed quickly. Tire rotation was not recommended as the front tires had the most remaining tread depth. Service advisor recommended new tires before winter. Overall great service. Was able to get the truck in and begin the diagnostics right away even without an appointment. The only compliant I have would be parts availability however that is a stelantis and STAR case issue not the dealer. More

I came in with some concerns about my vehicle. I had made an appointment, so when I arrived I checked in explained the problems and waited in the waiting area. After awhile I was told remedies wer I had made an appointment, so when I arrived I checked in explained the problems and waited in the waiting area. After awhile I was told remedies were found and parts were ordered. Things seemed very smooth for the diagnostic. I was very pleased with how I was treated. This is not my first new vehicle and I've had warranty work done at other dealerships (GMC and Hyundai) and it has not always been as pleasant as this experience so I appreciated that. More
