Unfortunately, you can't recommend the dealership as both yes/no it has to be either/or. Yes, I would recommend one person in the service department, Mike. No, I just saw my car on the internet for roughly yes/no it has to be either/or. Yes, I would recommend one person in the service department, Mike. No, I just saw my car on the internet for roughly $10K less than what was quoted to me at the dealership. Oh, it was my purchase with the same Vin, color and interior. I have had an infinity from Orland Park since 2014, but I truly feel I got ripped off with this one. The manager knew the vehicle was priced less online and had hail damage but failed to tell/give me the online price. So much for customer loyalty. Instead, I got the highest price even when I told them what I wanted to spend, it didn't seem to matter to him. There was a lot of back and forth with the price. Financing was unbelievably slow. Truly a different experience this time around. I should have visited the site first and got the car online. This would be my suggestion to anyone looking to purchase a pre-certified vehicle. We need to re-negotiate! More
