⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Naples Mazda dealership from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free dealership from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Customer service was outstanding, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and attentive. I truly felt valued as a customer. Check-in person very good. 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation is a long time. Received a video at the end, not during the process like usual. Video stated advisor would be with me shortly and car was going to the wash. No advisor came out. Finally walked into the center on my own. Woman was on her phone and drinking coffee. Didn’t have the correct amount for the check-out. Amount had to be corrected by the check -in person. Fees are ridiculous. Credit card fee is charged along with a fee for balancing tires. Should be the cost of doing business! Have always had a good experience here. It must have been an off day. More

I had only gone in for an oil change but Joan asked if would like to see any vehicles. I did let him know I was interested in a CX90 and I ended up buying one that same day.
