I was not impressed with the service, lady helping at the front desk was willing to lose business that to offer a discount on a purchase of over $1000 right when I was leaving to go somewhere else cheaper sh front desk was willing to lose business that to offer a discount on a purchase of over $1000 right when I was leaving to go somewhere else cheaper she decided to give 10% off which I decided to take. After doing some research online I found out they had deals for break pads at 15% as well as the oil change . I call her right away telling her what I have found and then she decided to be nice and told me she “would take care of me” now keep in mind before I left leaving my car there, another costumer came inside and told her “thank you for taking care of me” so I guess she felt guilty and ended up giving me more discounts. Also a service of 5 hours with an appointment scheduled is outrageous, had to leave my car overnight because I could not wait any longer More

The service I needed took longer than expected. I had a 7:30 am appointment and expected to get the car back the same day. In fairness, it turned out to be a very busy day for the service departm I had a 7:30 am appointment and expected to get the car back the same day. In fairness, it turned out to be a very busy day for the service department and the qualified tech for the work was tied up with other work. The service department still did an very good job with the work and I was kept in the loop. More
