Had an appointment to have my brakes checked an alignment at 1 PM. I got there at 12:30. However, they weren’t ready to check me out until 4:30 pm same day. I went to the service desk numerous t alignment at 1 PM. I got there at 12:30. However, they weren’t ready to check me out until 4:30 pm same day. I went to the service desk numerous times only to be told I’d be another 45 minutes. They suggested that I would need four new tires. They showed me a sale if you buy three get one free. I asked if I would have to pay for an alignment and was told no if you buy and install the tires here. When I went to check out, I was charged $85 for the alignment, plus the Cost for the tires, an additional hundred dollars to install them. I felt they weren’t forthcoming about the alignment fee which originally was told not applicable if new tires were installed and the additional hundred dollars to install the tires. Also, when I asked why did it take so long they responded with “we had to go get the tires we did not have them in stock”. At no other time when I went up to the service desk throughout the day did they mention they had to go get the tires. I really don’t mind paying for things if I am told up front and I don’t mind waiting. However, I just felt that I was taken advantage of and mis-informed. Makes me question their motive? Or was this the old “she’s a woman” scenario- take advantage of her?????? Not sure. More

They don’t rotate tires properly they didn’t wash the vehicle thank God this is our last oil change in our coupon book worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life they broke our inner door panel vehicle thank God this is our last oil change in our coupon book worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life they broke our inner door panel when they prepped the vehicle at time of purchased and said they didn’t do it we must have did it. Really they said that. Still doesn’t have all the screws in front door panel now with 96,000 miles Worst dealership I have ever dealt with I purchase a new vehicle every year, one year for my wife next for me and they will never sell us another vehicle again they can pound sand will never buy another car or truck from them. Great Service On Jeep Grand Cherokee My experience has been with the service department servicing my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I have needed service they were very prompt in providin My experience has been with the service department servicing my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I have needed service they were very prompt in providing maintenance and repairs. I have not had any issues with any repairs made. The problem was always solved. My service agent has generally been Chris Ziegler and he has bent over backwards to be helpful: however, I have had others help when he was not available and they also were helpful as well. What I have found to not always be true in other service departments was simply the fact that they did not listen carefully when I presented them with a problem. That has not been the case at Russ Darrow. More
