Buying Experience My overall experience at Family Hyundai was good. I went to Happy Hyundai and hated the experience, I was not going to buy a Hyundai but my niece and My overall experience at Family Hyundai was good. I went to Happy Hyundai and hated the experience, I was not going to buy a Hyundai but my niece and sister told me to go to Family Hyundai. I am glad I did, they told me to ask for Kristy, but Kristy was working upstairs so she put me with Ricky. Ricky called Kristy down and she introduced herself and said Ricky would take care of me. Ricky was great, he understood my needs and wants, he followed up with me. I came to Ricky with the Kelly Blue book price of the Hyundai and Family Hyundai being one of the dealers to offer that price, which you did after working out different rebates, but when I went to finance, I had to question the price and asked the finance guy to back everything out and show me that I am paying the correct amount. The price was wrong and he had to the manager in to see what was going on. I am glad I question it or I would not have paid the correct price that I agreed to. More
