Service people great, car not so much I've had several problems with my new 2017 XC90 and needed to visit service on numerous occasions. They fixed the issues and seemed genuine in helping I've had several problems with my new 2017 XC90 and needed to visit service on numerous occasions. They fixed the issues and seemed genuine in helping, but many of the problems came back. I was told it was software issues. Regina went out of her way to help several times. It's nice to feel like you care and you're not just a number. This would be a 5 star review if I had been told the first time there may be updates needed again in the future. You don't buy a $60k car and expect anything needing work, but this is a service review and not the car. So service was friendly and helpful. My only problem is that I think they should let me know when there are updates rather than waiting for me to call them with another problem. Other good things is they clean the car, and if I can't get there they pick up/drop off. More

Regina and Dennis took care of me, to accommodate me for the inconvenience of having to bring my new car in twice within a few weeks, for the same problem. I have always had a positive experience, both in the sales and service departments, at Smythe Volvo, but Regina went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and left as a happy customer.
