On vehicles like a 2018 RAV4, the inspection process can take additional time as there are more items to check, and if you ask our technicians to track down a rattle or intermittent noise, that diagnosis can also extend the visit so we can reproduce it and verify the fix. Even so, we should do a better job setting expectations up front and keeping you updated along the way.
