Thank you for the four stars and for being candid about the Service Center. We understand the comparison—there are newer dealership facilities along Cobb Parkway, and our building has a different story. Our Service Center is actually housed in Marietta Toyota’s original showroom from 1975, so there’s more than 50 years of history inside those walls. We’ve continued updating it over the years with renovations, newer furniture, LED lighting, and high-speed Wi-Fi, while continuing to operate from the same location that has served generations of Marietta Toyota customers. But history doesn’t lower our standards: the space should be clean, comfortable, and well maintained every day. If there were specific areas that didn’t meet that standard during your visit, we’d really appreciate knowing where we need to do better. After reviewing your visit, we confirmed that when the appointment was made, the service requested—and scheduled—was a tire rotation only, not an oil change, which is why the oil service was not performed. Regarding the car wash, we’re always happy to provide one when requested at check-in, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding about that during your visit.
