Overpriced labor charges ,are ridiculous! Why would anyone be happy with paying $175 for parts and $900 for labor 🤔 xxxxing insane .no discounts for veterans or first responders. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and had an appointment. Unfortunately it took nearly two days for the service to be performed and no one informed me that my car would not be ready by the end o appointment. This is my first Mercedes, definitely not my last. Frank Costa was terrific. He listened to my needs, found the perfect fit for me. The staff and service managers were incredibly helpful. They provided a loaner for the day. When I returned at the suggested time, the car was ready. Clean and shiny like new. Excellence - dealership and staff!!! More
