I bought a Ram 1500 Outdoorsman. I found the truck online. I got to the lot and it was a bait-and-switch at $7K over the advertised price online. Due to that specific model having its stock upgrades, and the fact that I had been looking for that rare model, I (personally) felt it was worth it. Pedro was my salesman. He was thorough while selling the truck; he was quick to answer questions and showcase it. He wasn’t pushy and did not force anything on me - the only good things I can say. Kevin was my finance manager. On trip #1, closing time came and all but one lender responded with an offer, so I decided to return the next day to see what else was offered. I closed on the truck with a great interest rate and lender. But before I signed for the truck, I was made promises and contractual deals that Kia failed to honor. 1. The truck had not been detailed because, as Pedro said, “They hadn’t had time to get to it, yet.” It was parked on the sales lot - on display. The interior was filthy. Pedro promised to have the truck detailed to my expectations. He told me to call/text him to set the appointment up. I mistakenly trusted him. 2. The truck appeared to have an off-balance tire. Pedro promised to have it fixed on the same visit that I would be bringing the truck in for a detail. I (again) mistakenly trusted him. The issue was discovered to be bad truss rods, which resulted in an (out-of-pocket) $2.5K repair. Pedro asked me to keep the promises he made between us, and to leave him a good review. So when I texted him to bring the truck in, I got no response. I tried again, and was given a simple ‘yes’. I reached out repeatedly to verify an appointment (which I had to have), but I never got a response from Pedro after. So, here's your review. 3. When I returned to view my final finance offers, what I accepted had a price increase of $3K from the previously desired offer (on top of the $7K bait-and-switch), but per Kevin, it came with GAP insurance and two years of oil changes! Well, the GAP insurance stuck. The oil changes didn’t. When I brought the truck in for my first oil change, I found out they weren’t a part of my contract. I called Kevin and asked what was going on. He actually answered and told me that he would look into it and call me back, but of course never did. Before leaving, I was given a temporary tag. I was told a new tag would be mailed to me. A month passed and I didn’t receive it, so I called, left messages, sent texts, and sent emails - no one responded. When calling the front desk, I’d be given their typical dishonest response that whoever I was looking for wasn’t there. There’s even a reviewer that explains they were given this excuse while looking at the manager they requested through the glass doors. I was sent a check for ~$200, which the DMV explained was the fee for acquiring the new plate. So I took it upon myself to get the plate. It was hard because the dealership and financier only have the information to make it happen, so my financier helped me. I filed a complaint with the state attorney general and DMV. I provided indisputable proof and CC’d Kia in the email. Due to this, Kia actually responded, and Gina said Chris would be reaching out. Chris called me once - once. I missed it because I was working. I called and emailed back multiple times that same day, and Chris never responded. When management replies to bad reviews here and asks the customer to reach out, they’re merely pretentious responses made to try to look like Kia cares. Eventually, I had to cancel my warranty. Again, no help or response from Kia. They were somehow even less responsive. Like others, Kia was good when it came to selling the truck. But after? I don’t matter. At all. And neither do you - even when your "new" ride is failing you due to their unethical and manipulative practices. Avoid this place. Don’t just read reviews from Google (where good reviews can be/ARE bought and paid for)! Check Redditt! More

I am so sorry, I forgot her name because I only met her one time at the end. they worked together to finalize a deal with me on a Used Toyota Rav4. Anyways. It was a good experience. They pushed for us to try and get more money in some very creative ways. It’s to be expected! It’s car sales. We stood firm. We had a check for $X amount of dollars and we would not budge. They did it for us! And she added she did it for the baby. :) (our son was about 3) so that was nice. Everyone was nice. And the cars still going strong. Recommend this sales rep! 10/10 More
