Good morning, so I am seriously disappoint is with. How your sales teams handle certain situations. We contacted Kia of Cape Coral because of your advertisement and promotions. Also, the advertisement How your sales teams handle certain situations. We contacted Kia of Cape Coral because of your advertisement and promotions. Also, the advertisement of if you have bad credit but bring home atleast $350 a week you can get upto $25,000 in finance. Well I have bad credit, I make $55000 a year and have an Altima that with the appraisal of $7k to $8 it would leave me $5 upside-down and with the finance of upto $25000, you offer should cover that $5k and still leave me upto $20k to work with towards another vehicle. However, your sales rep did not offer anything that is advertised and asked for a ridiculous down payment that after Ian, no one can afford who is trying to still recover from the damages! So am I to assume that the advertisement you have is not true? It's false advertisement? That's not a good look on your company. More

Last year I bought a 2022 Kia Soul, and this year I traded in the Soul and bought a 2023 Kia Sportage in Wolf Gray. Both times Paul and his team pulled off a miracle getting me into exactly what I want traded in the Soul and bought a 2023 Kia Sportage in Wolf Gray. Both times Paul and his team pulled off a miracle getting me into exactly what I wanted, and both times I received way more than what I thought I was going to get in the vehicles which was awesome! I just really hope Paul and his team are all there when I go back to them in 4 or 5 years!! More
